Craig Wolstenholme, of Lewis Drive, Heywood, Lancashire, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on July 9 facing one charge of trespassing land in pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies, and one charge of hunting a wild mammal with a dog.
The alleged offences occurred at Timberland Dales, Woodhall Spa on January 29.
Wolstenholme, 53, has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Robert Robson, of Main Street, West Ashby, has been fined £50 after being found guilty of speeding in Bracebridge Heath on July 23, 2013.
Robson’s licence has been endorsed with three penalty points and the 53-year-old has been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.
Ashley Todd, 19, of High Street, Hagworthingham, has been banned from driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to drink driving.
The offence took place on March 9 at Winceby and Todd was found to be over the legal limit.
He was fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Todd’s ban can be reduced by three months if he completes an approved course.
Neil Doughty, of Sleaford Road, Boston will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on April 23 facing two charges of theft.
Doughty, 59, has indicated guilty pleas to stealing £38 of alcohol from Tattershall’s Co-operative store on November 28, 2013, and to stealing £315.91 worth of groceries from Budgens Supermarket in Woodhall Spa on August 1, 2013.
Gary Jones, of Maltby Way, Horncastle, has been ordered to take part in 10 days Eduction Training and Employment and live at his home address for one week after admitting breaching an existing community order.
Jones, 23, admitted to failing to comply with his curfew requirement, failing to provide an acceptable explanation for his absence and failing to maintain contact with his offender manager.
Jones has been ordered to pay costs of £60.
Jurij Petrusevic, of Trinity Street, Boston, has been remanded on bail until April 29 facing one charge of damaging a window in Horncastle.
It is alleged that Petrusevic, 22, damaged a shop window to the value of £550 in Horncastle on February 4.
He will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.
Callum Simons, of North Road, Tetford, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on April 29.
It is alleged that Simons, 22, assaulted two people by beating them and damaged a bathroom wall and fixtures at an address in Tetford.
The alleged offences took place on February 19.
Use of threatening words or behaviour
A 15-year-old from Tattershall has been fined £50 after pleading guilty to using threatening abusive or insulting words of behaviour.
The offence took place on November 17 in the village.
They have been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.
