The Horncastle neighbourhood Policing Team are giving cyclists the opportunity to improve their security and have their bikes marked.
Throughout April and up to Sunday 11 May, Lincolnshire Police is running a campaign promoting cycle theft reduction.
Cyclists will be encouraged to get their bikes security marked a number of security packs will be available at events held across the county.
PCSO Nigel Wass, of Horncastle Neighbourhood Policing Team, is holding three security events in Horncastle and Woodhall Spa.
On Thursday, April 10, PCSO Wass will be on high-visibility cycle patrol along the Spa Trail between Horncastle and Woodhall Spa from 12 noon until 4pm. He will tweet his exact location throughout the afternoon.
Then on Saturday April 12 and Thursday April 17, the mobile police station will be parked in the Tesco car park in Watermill Road, Horncastle, between 10am and 2pm.
