Court appearance to face litter charge

A man from Martin Dales, near Woodhall Spa, was due to appear before magistrates in Skegness today (Wednesday) charged with dropping litter in Horncastle High Street.

He is Timothy Gawain Sawyer, of White House Farm.

The prosecution has been brought by East Lindsey District Council following an alleged offence last July.
