Community order for assault charge

A BARDNEY man has been handed a community order after pleading guilty to two counts of assault.

David John Bontoft, 56, of Queen Street, Bardney, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 160 hours within the next 12 months, a restraining order and ordered to pay compensation of £60 and costs of £85.
