Leading county and district councillors were among the guests at the opening of new premises for a successful Horncastle business.

Carole Burnell Appointments, an appointing generating company which started 10-years ago, is now based at the Gymphlex site on Boston Road.

The opening night proved to be great success and guests included Lincolnshire County Council chairman Bill Aron, East Lindsey District councillors Fiona Martin and Sandra Campbell-Wardman, who is also the town’s Mayor.

A company spokesman said: “Guests were able to see the projects that we are involved in and the scope of the company.

“We offer an excellent service to companies nationally and also great job opportunities locally.”

The company has announced a recruitment drive and is looking to increase its staff for to 12 people.

The company was initially launched as Key Business Marketing, concentrating mainly on national campaign,s but is now looking at local businesses.

John Pinder joined the company in July 2014, as a partner and Operations Director. His appointment led to the formation of Fortuna Partners Limited.

Mr Pinder has an extensive background of experience in managing call centres and will be a key figure in on going expansion plans.
