Tuesday, 6am - EAST Lindsey District Council's chief executive Nigel Howells will be on sick leave from the authority for the next few months as he prepares to undergo a major operation.
Today, the leader of East Lindsey District Council, Coun Doreen Stephenson, has appointed strategic director Stuart Davy, as acting chief executive.

Stuart will cover the Chief Executive's position until Nigel returns to work.
