9am, Monday - A POLYPIPE lorry crashed into a ditch after it left the A153 at Haltham on Friday morning at around 4.30am.
John Bush, operations director at Polypipe Civils in Horncastle, said the driver suffered bruising and the lorry was badly damaged in the accident.
The blue arctic lorry was heading to London when it ended up in a ditch off Main Road in the village.
The road was closed on Friday afternoon to allow for the recovery of the lorry.
