'A FARMER by day but terminator by night' is how a Belchford farmer has been described after winning almost £16,000 at an international poker festival in Nottingham.
Andrew Tuxworth beat 91 finalists when he defied poker champions from across the world over three days at Dusk Till Dawn's Deepstack Festival.
Mr Tuxworth, who has been playing poker for only 18 months and qualified to compete in the festival for £25, said: "It was a very challenging experience."
According to the report on www.totalgambler.com which branded Mr Tuxworth a terminator, the farmer 'began snipering down opponents like there was no tomorrow.'
The report continued: "Having being accused of possessing 'calling station' tendencies, Tuxworth overcame his critics to prove that his strategy was a winning one, and one that baffled amateurs and pros alike.
"Although enjoying a fair share of fortune, his unpredictable style had his opponents constantly tied up in knots.
