PEOPLE interested in saving phone boxes in our area have until July 15 to write to East Lindsey District Council with their comments.
72 phone boxes in East Lindsey are under threat from BT through lack of use.

In some parts of the country old fashioned phone boxes are protected by English Heritage but none of the 72 is East Lindsey are, but parish councils can apply for protection.

Some of those under threat are in Roughton, Kirkby on Bain, Haltham, Minting and Greetham.
