At the autumn meeting at Wragby Town Hall, Linda Hewett gave a talk and demonstration her breadmaking.
She began by explaining how to make bread the easy way, which appeared to include very little of the tedious process of kneading the dough.
The finished product was amazingly spongy and everyone was able to enjoy a small sample of both the sweet and savoury breads.
A loaf which had been made by simply flattening the dough on a tray before dotting it with stoned plums was unbelievably more-ish.
Samples of the dough Linda had mixed and of different breads she had baked before the meeting were in great demand once the lucky tickets in the raffle were drawn at the close.
