Woodhall Spa & District Organ Society’s October concert featured Chiho Sunamoto, assisted by Jon Smith.

She played a wide selection of music, including several popular classical pieces.

She also sang and played some delightful duets with Jon.

Jon also played an unusual Japanese instrument called the Melodica, or Keyboard Harmonica, to great effect.

Chiho finished her concert with a magnificent performance of part of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, leaving the crowd demanding more.

The artist for November is Richard Bower.

Richard has 25 years’ experience as a concert musician.

The concert is on Tuesday November 20 at St. Peter’s Hall, Woodhall Spa and starts at 7.30pm.

Admission costs only £5.50. More details can be obtained from Chairman Philip Groves on 01526 353225.
