New members wanted at club

Horncastle Young Farmers Club is looking for enthusiastic young people aged between 10 and 26 from a rural background to join them.

The club was formed in 1943 and will celebrate its 70th anniversary in 2013.

The club meets in its marketplace clubroom each Wednesday from September to June and is part of the Lincolnshire federation of YFCs and part of the wider National federation of YFCs.

The new members night will take place on Wednesday October 3 with circus skills at West Ashby Golf Club from 7.30pm with a cost of £8.

Horncastle YFC would like to take this opportunity invite the prospective members to a cheque presentation to the British Heart foundation on Wednesday October 24 from 7.30pm.
