The New Year’s evening celebration organised by the charity Helping Hands proved a great success with tickets selling out and 150 people enjoying the night to the accompaniment of musical duo ‘Cracker’.

Secretary Vi Kelly said: “It was brilliant, everyone enjoyed it so much they have asked us to organise it again next year.”

Vi is also appealing to drivers in Coningsby or Tattershall who might be willing to help with the Hospital Car Service the charity provides.

The service relies entirely on voluntary drivers who receive out of pocket expenses.

Contact Vi on 01526 342388 for further information.
