EDITOR - What a great job Friends of Jubilee Park have done to secure the future of the park and its facilities for Woodhall Spa.

However why do we need to lose provisions for caravan and camping as is proposed, to accommodate a new home for Woodhall Spa's Croquet Club?

The loss of the caravan and camping site and its visitors would be a great loss to Woodhall Spa, I fear that we shall see many of our local shops and businesses suffer as a result of this.

Many local businesses I have spoken to agree that they benefit greatly from the trade that comes with holiday makers, many of whom use the caravan and camping site.
We need these visitors (some have been coming for over 40 years) not only to secure the survival of local shops and businesses, but also the park itself, as I am sure the swimming pool and the new café, once built, will also benefit greatly from this.
