A GUIDED walk around Kirkby Moor near Woodhall Spa has been organised by the South Lincs Local Group of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.
The walk will be led by Neil Smith, well known local wildlife photographer, and will explore this magical Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust reserve, looking for a variety of birds, dragonflies, butterflies and wild flowers.

The habitat comprises both open moorland and woodland areas, and may also reveal the UK's only poisonous snake, the adder.

Parking is permitted along the side of the road on Moor Lane, between Kirkby-on-Bain and Woodhall Spa, near the junction with Wellsyke Lane.

Meet at the entrance gate opposite Wellsyke Lane at 9.30am on Saturday, July 12.

Suitable subdued colour clothing and stout footwear are recommended. If you have binoculars, please bring them along.

There is no charge for this event.
