Tasty treats on offer at food fair
TASTY food to tempt the palate will be on offer at the European Market when it hits Horncastle on Bank Holiday Monday.
This travelling food and crafts market, hosted by East Lindsey District Council, will lay out a wide range of products, including scrumptious Spanish Paella and German bratwurst sausage.
It will take over the town's Market Place, from 9am to 5pm with: Arabian cakes and pastries, nutritious nuts from the Mediterranean, spicy sausages from France, Turkish Delight, delicious cheeses from all over France, including Altesse from Vosges, Smoked Brezain from Savoy, Camembert from Normandy, Le Motcoyal from the Pyrenees, dried fruits, including dates, figs and pineapples, blueberries, raspberries and cranberries, Greek olives, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, stuffed vine leaves, Polish bread, fine teas, and a good selection of oils and vinegars.
