Photographic Society holds hobby evening

HORNCASTLE and District Photographic Society held a hobby evening at its April 29 meeting.
Members were invited to give short talks on their interests other than photography.

Speakers were Frank Sharpe – on building a model fishing schooner, Arthur Lily – on the mural in St Alden's Church, Leeds, Brian Pinnion - who has a passion for history, Jane Lawrence – on bee keeping, and Ron Abbott - who talked about his research into his grandfathers and fathers in the wars.

Future Events include a small print panel and small print essay competitions on May 6, a ladies versus men contest on May 20 and a photoshop evening on May 27.
