A LONDON man is hoping readers can help him with tracing his family tree.
Chris Attride has contacted the Family Tree Help section of our website to try and find out about some of his ancestors from Hagworthingham early in the 19th century.

Chris asks: "I am related to George Howsam who lived in Hagworthingham about 1810. His wife was Rebecca and I believe her maiden name was Hammond.

"Does anyone know how I can find more information about George, Rebecca and the Howsham/Hammond families?"

If you can help just click on the Family Tree Help link on the homepage.

Then by scrolling down to H (Howsam/Hammond) you can make direct email contact with Chris.

If you're researching your Family Tree you can use the section too.

It's a free community service, just read the simple instructions in the Family Tree Help section.
