Your little 'scamp' can enter pet dog show

ALL owners of mixed breed dogs are invited to the Lincolnshire heat of the Supreme Crossbreed and Mongrel Pet Dog Show (SCAMPS).

On Sunday, April 26, the county heat of SCAMPS will take place at Tattershall Village Hall.

It is part of the search to find Britain's finest crossbreed or mongrel dog in the supreme champion class at the club's national dog show in Bedfordshire on September 20.

Show organiser Steve Rusdale said he wants to meet Lincolnshire's finest mixed breed dogs.

Entries will be accepted from 11am and judging starts at 12pm. There are fun classes, junior handling and skill events alongside the show classes.

Steve said all the shows are held in the spirit of friendship and fun and people will be able to show their dogs with pride.

Proceeds go to Doris Banham Dog Rescue.
